OUR STORY

How we started

 

It all started because two people fell in love.  "We just wanted to do something that we could do together".  Jim's busy work schedule as an operations manager for a large manufacturing firm prevented us from spending the quality time together that we both desired.  So, Jim armed with his Chemical Engineering degree and years of manufacturing experience and Mindy with years of small business experience and a knack for baking set out to launch Min and Jim's Country Cupcakes.

 

We were blessed to find a prime location in the heart of Berlin and spent several months building a small bakery and retail space to serve up our latest and greatest creations.  It opened in July 2013 and it's been a fun-filled challenge ever since.

 

Come in and smell the aroma of fresh baked cupcakes.  We have numerous recipes and continuously come up with more.  Please see our menu for our most popular delights.  If it's not a cupcake you're after, then give one of our REAL fruit and yogurt smoothies a try.  A variety of hot and cold drinks are offered including coffee, cappacino, hot chocolate, hot teas, sweet and unsweetened iced tea, and bottled water.
